This is accomplished by exposing critical information only approved members can access. Another key benefit is the ability to control who is or is not allowed to join. We can also build secure user "roles" where different levels of membership exist within the website. The Announcements feature is a powerful tool to use when you need to get important information out to your members. Typically shown on the home page, announcements offer you a place to present your Association's headlines and news. Another key benefit is the ability to link directly into other areas of your website. For example, if you announce an event, that announcement can link directly into the Interactive Event Calendar so that it drops the member directly into the page. The Interactive Event Calendar provides members information about upcoming events, meetings, and tournaments. Your members can view events by month, day, or week. When members view event details, they will see RSVP information, driving directions, and if needed, a custom enrollment form that they can fill out. (The enrollment form requires the addition of the Customs Form Feature). |

The Custom Forms feature ensures the quick creation of simple enrollment forms for events such as tournaments and banquets. We can gather a variety of text information that will be emailed directly to you when they click the submit button.
